You can't read enemy energy, but you can have a bot "estimate" their enery. A bot can easily keep track of everyone on their team, and calculate their energy. (Assuming they run all vitals) Shames, high sets, etc can all be calculated.
You can really toy with anything related to distance. If you can think if it, it's probably doable.
Also recharges of enemy skill bars, tough I can only gues if they got a 40 recharge or not.
Pretty much ANYTHING you can think off, is doable to a certain extend. If you, as a player, could do it, a bot will aswell.

I wouldn't be surprised if the client receives energy/recharge information. If I were trying to find it, I'd start by looking at the data sent to the Hero panel.

Any information the client receives, and everything that the ANet client does not show (or react to) but a modified client does, will result in an advantage for the people using such clients.
And there's nothing to stop the people who want to abuse this to do so.
The only thing to prevent such abuse is by designing a system that has really dumb clients (like the terminals of old computer systems) that are nothing more then a keyboard and display.
Or by giving all clients equal abilties.

Yup - like what I've heard about other online games that simply feed a video stream to you. You can't see what they don't show you.

Heres something which is somewhat less useful, but just shows what info can be read from the client using these programs.

Er... Paradise Lost, that screen shows:
1. The bot name :\
2. The fact that it modifes gw title, so must be injecting gw dll
3. That it's at least partially written in autoit

Interesting thread. Although all it's inspired me to do is go tinker with bot code. Probably not alone in that respect :P
Edit: No, actually you don't need graphics.dll at all for autoit. But yes, this bot does use it.

I know it does, thats widely known now. I know exactly what bot it is and how it works, but im just showing others.
You must inject a graphics.dll into gw, its used with auto Itv3.

To pick one minor nit...

I'm sure it must be injecting code, but just the fact that it changes the window title isn't proof of that. You can do that just by calling the SetWindowText() function in the Win32 API.

On top of that, for example in the ATs, if a team does well and wipes other teams, they're OBVIOUSLY BOTTING ZOMG!! Bots will not beat good players. Period. So again, not sure where people are coming from in all these complaints. The only bad thing about bots is when you get stuck with them on your team. It's almost as bad as having noobs on your team. But this problem is easily remedied by syncing.
